CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Heart & Vascular - New Braunfels

**This review is about the location.** This place is surrounded by other businesses, making it very difficult to find accessible parking. The building itself is small and overcrowded, unable to comfortably accommodate the large number of patients. The setup is especially inconvenient for people with wheelchairs or canes. The doors lack handicap buttons, requiring another person to help open them because they're so heavy. Additionally, new patients are given a significant amount of paperwork to fill out, about 10 pages or more, which can be very difficult and inconvenient for elderly patients or those with disabilities. It's clear this place wasn't designed carefully, especially considering its main demographic is elderly patients.

Physician's Assistant Andria did a complete post-op consultation for me.....additionally she was able to prescribe a generic medication for me which saved me approximately $300. per month over the "name brand" medication.......Andria & Christis Santa Rosa Heart and Vascular New Braunfels showed genuine concern towards my cardio / vascular health.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when scheduling. First, they made a mistake with my appointment date. Instead of scheduling it for February 28th as requested, they accidentally booked it for March 28th, which is problematic for me since I need a cardiology clearance for surgery on March 17th. I wasn't aware of their error until the day of my appointment. On the day of what I thought was my appointment, they told me that I had supposedly called and rescheduled it for February 25th, and missed that one. I never called the clinic to reschedule, and the mistake was entirely on their end. After spending 25 minutes on hold with Crystal, they offered me the option to come in on February 28th, but only if I paid out of pocket for the visit, which would cost me $250 or more. Why should I be expected to pay for their error when I've done nothing wrong? The lack of professionalism and accountability in handling this situation is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone
