Her nurse Tiffany quickly handled the details and contacted me within a couple of days with the schedule for further tests. I am confident that I am being well taken care of.
Dr. Fidone was recommended to me by a friend of a family member. She called me directly to discuss my situation. I set an appointment for an in office visit and drove two hours to see her. During the consultation I felt listened to, her focus was on my concerns and not the patient in the next room. I could actually understand her.
Dr. Fidone office is very courteous and professional. After 12 years of searching for what was causing my sons problems she was able to lead us in the right direction and now he can finally resolve his issues! Highly recommend!
Doctor Fidone is so personable when she talks to you. She asked all the correct questions, and the most important thing is that she listened. It wasn't a wham Bam thank you ma'am visit, she actually sat there and had a conversation with me and my concerns. I highly recommend her.
