Dr. Ahammed Hashim, MD

Dr Hashim is a VERY smart man who goes the extra mile for his patients to get their problems diagnosed and treated properly . He is a million times more thorough and attentive than other doctors I have seen in Tyler . He is a great example of a caring and very competent physician and has helped me a great deal . Though he and his wife appear to work under a lot of pressure , they are both personable and kind and take time to communicate thoroughly . They are both excellent doctors and I have received great care from both of them . East Texas is very blessed to have their combined skills and compassion .

I think Nacogdoches is fortunate to have Dr. Hashim and his colleges available to treat our respiratory health. I was a "Walk-In" several years ago with serious breathing issues. I'd seen a couple of other doctors, without improvement. He gave me a thorough exam, a couple of prescriptions, and a treatment plan - and I was much better in a few days. He, and the folks working with him, has helped me with my sleep apnea, asthma, and now Covid. Without his clinic, I would probably be going to Tyler for this part of my health care.

I would love to give my review but I just gave one and every word was truth, there was nothing good to say about my 6 month nightmare with this doctor but Google didn't post it. People don't waste your precious time with this doctor! I had to go to Baytown and find a doctor that knows his business to get a proper diagnosis and it was my first visit with my new doctor. He's now going to try and save my life, it's almost too late if it isn't already! Find someone who actually cares and knows their business!

Dr. Hashim is an absolutely wonderful person and Doctor. He was so great with my mother(who has since passed away) for many years. Always compassionate, caring on top of things. My husband is now going to him for his own health issues.

Dr. Hashim was called into consult with my cardiologist, Dr. Pokala. Man of few words but will answer all your concerns and questions. Super smart, you can almost see the wheels in his head thinking. I love that he took into my whole medical history. How one treatment effected another. Having 4 specialist and a family doctor, none of them had looked into the complete story. Dr. Hashium dove deep into my whole history, took all the puzzle pieces together to notice that each treatment I was on worked, but combining all the different treatments didn't work. Dr. Hashim when way beyond to research and find a reason not just from the breathing/pulmonary side that he specializes in. I will forever be grateful for his drive to find the answer.
