My doctor, Jewel Lincoln, is the best. She truly listens and takes the time to address any concerns you may have. She's very understanding, and no question ever feels silly with her.
There are a few issues with Methodist. I can NOT directly call my doctor's office and have to go to call their main number and ask them to relay my message to my doctor which sometime takes a couple of days to receive a response. Another problem with Methodist is their billing / admission department. By advise of my doctor I had to do a lung CT scan. I called Methodist and asked them to check with my Insurance and advise how much my co-pay was. Few days later they called me back saying my co-pay was around $105 which I paid before the test. Few weeks later Methodist sent me a message that my insurance has declined to pay because period between the tests was less than a year from last year test. I have told Methodist than I will NOT pay the total amount because they failed to check with my insurance. This shows that dealing with Methodist is not easy and communications with your primary doctor is difficult and time consuming.
I called to make an appointment for my annual women wellness exam with a MD and was told the next available appointment would be December. But its July. My sign to keep moving on.
Friendly staff; doctor assistant to Dr did a good job and Dr. Reid as well. Very clean premises.
