Hardly any help over the phone and the doctors are impossible to contact. Nurses and receptionists do not help at all either and are rude as well. For a place that should care about their patients' well being, they are not at all doing a good job and should reevaluate their work ethic and priorities. Then again, what can you expect from a doctors office in the valley.
This is the Urgent Care office in Mission. We had no wait time. They were so professional and friendly. They took excellent care of my husband and got us out of there and back home in no time. I highly recommend this Urgent Care office.
Great and fast service. Extremely professional staff and very friendly! Waited about 20-25 minutes and was out in about an hour. Dr on call was very attentive and friendly. Recommend 100%!
