I had a great experience with all of the staff. My whole experience was extremely reassuring and enjoyable, starting with the receptionists all the way to the assistants, and doctors. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking. They were out of network for me but they did amazing things. They are were extremely helpful. 10/10 although I hope I don't have to come back often haha!
Very happy! They took in my 17 1/2 year old son very quickly. Had everything in the office so we got the sono right away and the heart monitor. Talk to several other places that and could not get all done in one visit. I give them a 10 star if possible. They got it together for sure!
I feel Dr. Khan saved my life 10 yrs ago. I had a previous heart doctor that told me my heart condition was not operable. By the time I found Dr. Khan I was nearly bedridden and unable to have a conversation without having to stop and breath mid-sentence. 3 days after my initial office visit I was in surgery having my heart fixed! When I woke up I felt 10 years younger and I had my life back. It allowed me to continue working and having a wonderful quality of life. He is compassionate, he listens, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only heart doctor I would recommend.
I had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Khan and I have never felt more degraded and taken advantage of as someone in customer service. I estimated it would take an hour to install a lock as a project manager for a handyman business. Our guy took 1.5 hours because it was a very difficult lock and Dr. Khan was rude and demanded a discount, which we did give! He proceeded to leave a bad review even after we tried to appease him. We told him the time is always an estimate and typically we do work faster but in this case we did not because of the nature of the project. Unbelievably rude, inflexible, and unappreciative.
This review is solely for records department. I am not sure who manages their records and electronic faxes, but they are fantastic! We generally receive records within a couple hours of being sent to this office. This team is on top of things and for that we are thankful
