If you need a cardiologist and want the best care then Dr Michael Issac is the best in this area. He keeps up to date on all new procedures, caring and doesn't just ignore what you are saying. Baylor Scott & White in McKinney has the most caring nurses and doctors.
I have been seeing Dr Isaac for over five years now. I have been a heart patient since 1995. I truly feel Dr Isaac is the best cardiologist I've ever been to and he sincerely tries to do what is best for the patient. He diagnosed a BBB issue and after recommending and inserting an ICD I can really tell a big difference. Plus the defibrillator really gives me peace of mind. I wouldn't go to a different cardiologist unless he moved out of state. UPDATE: February 18, 2025 ... was having angina that would not go away with nitroglycerin pills. Dr Isaac had told me in January that after having a session of EECP treatments (Google it) and if that didn't improve the angina to let him know and he would get me in the Cath Lab ASAP. He knew that as a 30 year heart patient that he can rely on me knowing my symptoms. Ended up having to go into the Cath Lab on the aforementioned date for three stents and now feeling a lot better. No more angina. Although I haven't done any exercise since the procedure, I do fully expect to have an occasional angina attack from exercise, which is to be expected. Dr Isaac's the best
We absolutely love him! My Dad has been seeing him basically all of my life that I can remember. He's caring, loving, friendly and makes you feel like you matter. My Dad has had so so many problems due to heart disease. Dr Isaac is always listening and caring. I would recommend him to anyone and give more than 5 stars if I could. My husband recently had a visit with him and got the exact same care. There's no one like him! Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor!
Dr. Isaac is a great doctor. I always look forward to my follow up appointments. He is caring, compassionate; takes the time to listen and answer your questions; and is extremely knowledgeable. I see him for preventative measures and highly recommend him.
