Had an incredibly aggravating and outright ridiculously terrible experience with them- I highly advise finding somewhere else to go.
For starters, my first appointment was useless, they didn't even try to help diagnose what was going on with my heart, it was just an appointment to tell me I needed more appointments. Knowing I was cash pay, they tried to schedule me for an echocardiogram and a stress test on two separate dates because they claimed you cannot do both tests on the same day which is outright ridiculous. After this I was already annoyed as they tried to scalp me for as much cash as they could, so I decided to cancel those appointments shortly after and go to a different cardiologist.
After cancelling the appointments, I continued to receive calls, texts, and emails reminding me of my upcoming appointments. I then called to make sure they were cancelled and that I would not receive anymore messages, however I continued to receive reminders, so I called again making sure I would not receive reminders and that my appointment was cancelled, then following this I received more reminders. I called again and still nothing changed, so I just ignored the reminders because they never stopped.
Now in November, 2 months after my original appointment I receive an email with an additional balance... Heartplace decided they wanted to try and scalp me for even more money, even though I already paid in cash after my original appointment.
So frustrating.

The office manager is either negligent or completely incompetent because every time I've had an issue it's because of something she has done. She has a rude tone and always seems to blame the problem on someone else. Dr. Eades is a terrific doctor, but the problem is that I have difficulty seeing him because she is so horrible at her job

Trying to talk to anyone is non existent and waiting for over 30 minutes with no option to leave a message although it says you can, you can't. Scheduling and communication is terrible. Showed up for an appointment and the doctor wasn't even there. No for warning. Trying to change my son's appointment at request of their office but no one answers a phone. Hire more help

I booked an appointment on 4/29 to be seen on 5/14. They called me to set up the appointment and told me when their next available one was. I filled out my calendar at the time with the given information, including their address and suite number. I verified all the info back to her and booked it. I walked in today (5/14) and they had nothing in their system. Without batting an eye, the front desk lady said, "Sorry, we don't have you in here and we're all booked up. Let's get you booked for the next available appointment".....
Not in this lifetime. Why would I have any faith next time would be different? I'm so sick of inept office staff in medical. It seems to be so common. This is cardio we're talking about. Sometimes, people's lives are inevitably on the line. How many times do you hear, "I'm glad you came in when you did." or "You came at the right time!" ?
If you messed up, overbook. Or at least give it an effort of any kind.
I'm sure there are plenty of good doctors out there that, unfortunately, are tarnishing their reputations and not doing right by their patients by skimping on the hiring process when it comes to their office staff. As it turns out, that may be the case here.
I'll be getting an another referral to a different Dr. that hopefully has office staff that can properly manage appointments.
Consequently, my wife will no longer be referring her patients to this cardiologist.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Eades today. Very informative with me. We discussed my AFIB and that it could be controlled without medication. I am looking forward to continuing with this cardiologist long term. The staff were also all very nice and welcoming.
