Heart Rhythm Specialists PLLC- Dr. Dale Yoo, MD

We really love Dr. Yoo and Nurse Practitioner Amanda, and once you actually make your way to them their care is impeccable...but the wait times have become unbearable. Every single visit we are waiting 1.5 to 2 hours past the appointment time, and our last visit was 2.5 hours. Several patients were openly frustrated. The receptionist admitted that they schedule patients only 20 minutes apart even though appointments last longer than that. This practice causes constant delays and completely disregards the value of a patient's time. It has gotten bad enough that we're considering looking for a new EP, which we don't want to do, but we can't keep losing hours at every appointment. I've brought this up multiple times, including today, and nothing ever changes.

A very positive experience. The "wait time" was very reasonable. All employees were very helpful and polite. Diane was exceptionally outstanding. Very informative and answered my questions in a manner that I could understand.

I was referred to Dr Yoo when another cardiologist completely ignored the referral to do a tilt table test because I wasn't actually fainting. Dr Yoo performed the test and diagnosed dysautonomia. I finally came to understand that what I was experiencing was a symptom of a real issue. This office is treating my conditions and I am improving. I haven't had any particularly long waits, rudeness from staff, or seen indications of being unorganized.

Appt to see Dr was for 10 am-left there at abt12:45-I missed a PT appt due to delay in appt- I arrived early for scheduled appt- so frustrating! Dr Yoo is excellent Dr- they have plenty of staff- schedule was a problem that date!

Ok WOW this clinic is FULL of medical professionals that actually listen to your symptoms, create a care plan, and will hear you out over your concerns no matter how dumb you think they may be. Straight forward, kind, worth any wait. From the NP to the schedulers, this is a great experience so far.
