My appointment was at 11am. I waited 45 minute and still wasn't seen. Five (5) other patients came in after me, were seen and left before I was even called back! No communication at all. I asked when I would be seen and I was told I was next, but then another patient was called in front of me. That was the last straw. I left and will not be back. When a doctor is running late, the patients should be informed. If the doctor is working on a cast that is running long, the patients should be informed. I have a feeling that if the doctor, or any of the staff, went to a restaurant for a 7pm reservation, they would be upset if they were not seated until 7:45 or after. Or, if they were told to pick up their car from a repair shop at noon, then they had to wait until 12:45 or after to get their car, they wouldn't be happy. Doctor's are very important, but patients have lives, jobs and responsibilities as well. Doctor's shou;d be treated with respect, but patients should as well.
