Complete Heart Care Pa

I have had all good experiences with doctor and staff in the 4 1/2 years I have been in McKinney. They are easy to get in contact with and Dr. Iftikhar is easy to talk to, never feel rushed, and appreciate that he lets me ask all the questions I want.

Had a bad experience here, with my service dog. I'm disabled, and the nurse made a huge deal and made me feel super uncomfortable, kept making a point to ask me if my service dog was going to attack her, even though she was just lying on the floor. I left the appointment thinking I did something wrong, even though I didn't.

The physician was very nice and was very happy to explain to me when I was asking questions. He seemed very knowledgeable. But as others have mentioned the front desk can be hard to get a hold of as well as take time to process refills. Overall, I am happy with the care!

Horrible service each time a prescription changes or when in need of a refill. The office staff are not organized & fail to execute. I've been requesting a 7 day supply of ny blood pressure med for 2 days as I had to leave town due to a family emergency. The staff will not follow up and seem as though they do not care about the patients.

Responsive to questions left with staff. Patient. Knowledgeable. Doesn't rush appointments.
