Abo-Auda Associates

Makayla the front desk/appointments cordinator should not be allowed to talk to patients with immediate effect. She is absolutely horrible and such a bad reflection on the practice. She lacks the necessary human relations to deal with patients. This is the worst customer experience i have ever experienced in health care.

Dr Wael Abo Auda is awesome! Very passionate and welcoming. He really listens and considers your concerns. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Abo-Auda is amazing! His staff are warm and welcoming. During a visit in 2018 my mom had a heart attack and ended up staying in Texas for 6 months. Dr. Abo-Auda and his staff took such great care of my mom. They helped me deal with a very nasty California insurance company, scheduled appointments and kept in contact with me and my mom during a very crazy hectic time. I can't begin to express my gratitude.

I love Dr A. he's very friendly and caring. He takes his time with you once he's in the room he's not one of those rush in and rush out doctor's. And not to mention his assistant she's awesome. The staff as well all have been great

The doctor seems very good, but he is WAY OVER EXTENDED. My appointments schedule weeks in advance were canceled at the time of the appointment, supposedly because the doctor had an emergency. The OFFICE STAFF is discourteous and unprofessional. I am still trying to pay off medical costs that BCBS deemed medically unnecessary and the office staff when contacted refuses to assist with providing necessary documentation. I will continue to express and DEMONSTRATE my displeasure until I feel vindicated for the mental anguish and unnecessary expenses incurred.
