My mom has seen 3 different cardiologist this year and it's only March. Finally a doctor that knows how to treat an 82 year old with dignity and not just another dollar sign. Yes the office was full but we were there for less than an hour. I have waited with my mother up to 3 hours for some rude doctors that double schedule senior patients and don't even spend 5 minutes with them. He even spoke Spanish to my mother and she was very happy with her visit. Answered all her questions and explained the prescriptions he administered. A real RGV Class Act!!!

I found the doctor I was looking for: a doctor the prevents heart attacks. One who really cares about the patient. Thank you for being a real good doctor, one who cares about helping out the patient.

Super rude! And waiting time was ridiculous. I was assigned this doctor by my dad's general doctor so we would get seen ASAP, his staff failed to contact me when his appointment got push back a month from his original appointment, she told me once I was there in the office claiming they made a courtesy call 2 days before to inform me about accident. Doctor is the most rude doctor I have ever incountered, he has zero sympathy and flat out doesn't care! I will talk to my dad's doctor to change him ASAP! Beware this doctor is NO BUENO!

If I could give negative stars, I would. He may be a good cardiologist, but waiting in excess of 3 hours is ridiculous. We are cardiac patients, some of us worse for wear. Sitting in chairs with our legs down causes severe swelling. DHR NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

This dr referred my dad to another cardiologist Dr Eguia. It has been over a month and they still haven't called in to make the appt. I tried making appt myself to not have to deal with this but Dr Eguia office will only take appts directly from Dr office. I called the office again and person in charge not in office and still hasn't called to make the appt for my dad. My dad may not be important to them but he is to me and we need this appt scheduled asap. Horrible! But I'm sure if it was one of their relatives, appt would have been called in that same day!
