Karen the PA is great, she really goes above and beyond for the patients. Dr. Padula is not rude, he's just a no non sense man, straight to the point. He is great at what he does! The staff is great as well. My father receives great care from this team! Thank you guys!

Sharing previous and recent experiences about Dr. Padula on behalf of my mom, who is an elderly woman and current patient of his. Dr. Padula is one of the rudest individuals she's had to deal with when going in for scheduled appointments. For starters, their 'so-called' scheduled appointments' system is terrible. My mom is constantly having to go in for appointments that aren't necessary, just to hear that they either don't have her scheduled for an appointment OR that he's running late. Just recently, she went in to get 'stress tests' results that his PA Karen had previously performed and requested for. This test has to be approved by Dr. Padula. After waiting for more than 3 hours at his practice, he finally comes in with attitude and a sense of frustration. No empathy for the fact that she's an elderly woman who had to wait more than 3 hours on an appt. they set her up for AND no detailed information about the stress test (they initially requested for). Instead, Dr. Padula comes in guns blazing with frustration and a passive aggressive attitude, just to tell my mom (in high level) about her results. And don't even bother asking him a question about your own health status, because he seems to take questions about your health/results as an insult to his medical professionalism. Dr. Padula doesn't show a sense of compassion for my moms well being in most visits. His practice is constantly setting up appointments for my mom just to tell her the same thing. Yet, they still continue to schedule her for unnecessary appointments, like a revolving door. If it wasn't for my mom's insurance and the limited resources there are for Cardiologists in the RGV, we would go else where. Until then, we will have to continue dealing with Dr. Padula's rude attitude and un professionalism, until he realizes that his patients are the reason he has a business today.

The staff was very friendly. Ida was especially helpful, and Carla was great as well. Dr. Padula addressed all my concerns thoroughly. The office was efficient and quick, overall a great experience!

Brought my wife in for a check up. The front desk staff were very welcoming, very pleasant. They saw us right away. The staff in the back were also very friendly and attentive. Dr. Padula, the cardiologist was very attentive as well, very professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions, and ensured my wife was at ease. Great place. Plenty of parking, clean waiting areas.

I saw Dr. Padula for a first time cardiology visit due to previous symptoms. Dr. Padula was very thorough and addressed all of my questions as well as providing me with pro-active solutions to better understand my cardiac risk. He is definitely a physician worth the wait and am honored to have him assist me in my medical care.
