If I can give zero stars, I would this hospital is the most racist hospital in Texas. I came in there with a facial injury. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life by all of the white doctors and nurses they have no regard for injury, person of color. I was admitted to the hospital due to my injuries. I was still mistreated. They withheld medication from I was up for two days when I tried to call a nurse. It took her four hours to come check on me. Then she stated that I was admitted in she moved me to a different section, which was even worse. When I got over there, there was another nurse which she refused to give me name she was very rude and told me that if I didn't like the service to leave, my face is still completely swollen. I don't know what her issue was. I reported her to the nurse director. The charge nurse came in his attitude, was drier than a Sahara desert at that point, I explained to the nurse practitioner or the nurse director that I did not feel safe there the first nurse practitioner was completely horrible, and I asked her to be removed off my case which she didn't, because I don't trust her. I have explained to several of the staff members that I have severe PTSD due to my attack and trauma back in June and what my triggers were and those were completely ignored and they even started to treat me even worse. Today the nurse practitioner came in, stated that I was released because I asked her what was my diagnosis they tried to tell me what diagnosis they wanted to put and I explained to them that that was false, and I was not going allow them to falsify my medical records in which they still continue to falsify my medical records. When the nurse told me that I was being released today, I asked what happened to the procedure. I was supposed to have by the cardiologist today and she said that she was going look into it so I took my pain medicine. I had just woke up and I asked them did they fix the diagnosis on what I was admitted for she said yes I asked to look at it. They were hesitant to let me look at it and try to explain to me that it was what I stated what originally happened to me, which is not because I understand medical terms very well and I stated that no this information was enter is false that is not what happened to me. They was not there, and I explained to you what happened to me and they continue to falsify my medical records so they can run more test and run up my insurance under false medicals codes. Then the nurse director a charge nurse named Whitney she will not give me any of her information she call the police on me said that I refused to leave the hospital I asked her what are you talking about? How can I refuse to leave the hospital but you all still have all these medical devices on me I just supposed to leave with all the medical devices on me. I never refuse to leave the hospital I'm the one that told you all that I did not feel safe there and I asked her. Why can I get any of my information in my chart? She got mad and stormed out and told me that I was trespassing and that she was throwing me out of the hospital and mind you I am a sick patient. My face is still swollen. I'm still having medical issues on my right side and I can't barely walk because I told her I wanted to see what was in my medical records to see what else that they are falsifying. Can you believe that Whitney called the police on me a sick patient because she does not want me to look in my medical records I think she blocked me from being able to see what's in my chart so I can see what else they've been falsifying in my medical records And I still can't get in my medical records through my chart. If you look at the reviews from this Hospital, people of color always get treated like this, but they don't have a problem with charging our insurance to pay their personal bills. I've already called an investigative reporter and I'm going to contact the hospital administrator Juan Vasquez They'll probably beat me to contact him to they lie.

I want to express my deepest appreciation for Nurse Linh, the RN who took care of me during my recent visit to the ER. She was absolutely amazing. From the moment she walked in, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Nurse Linh explained everything clearly, checked on me consistently, and made me feel safe during a very stressful time. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. If I ever have to return to the ER, I hope I'm lucky enough to have Nurse Linh by my side again. She is a blessing to her patients and an asset to the hospital.

I have been coming to this hospital for 10 years. Their policies and procedures have changed over the years. I have been there twice lately and both times was sent home with me and my wife confused and nervous. A few weeks ago I came in with extremely high blood pressure and a massive headache. They preformed an ekg and a head scan. With normal results. BP still high, I do suffer from hypertension. But their policy was to administer a quick acting bp med, get a lower reading which was still elevated and then discharged only to return home to have my bp return elevated. They instructed me to see my primary if it did this, what did they think would happen, luckily I did get in to my primary next morning after an uncomfortable night. This last visit I registered and told them I had dropped a heavy tool on my foot two weeks earlier and it has gotten worse. The Dr looked at my history and told me it was a gout flare up with out hardly looking at it. They did an X-ray and told me no fracture. Treated pain put a shoe on it and discharged me again my bp was 200/86 at discharge and told me it was because of pain and would get better. Then the Dr addressed my concerns with it it's not better in a couple of weeks get an mri for soft tissue damage. I've been home in bed unable to put pressure on my left foot at all. Tylenol 3 and steroids are having no effect. I guess again after staying at home in bed from Thursday to Monday I hope again my primary will pick up the slack. This maybe because I'm on Medicare and don't deserve high quality big insurance type treatment. Very nervous about returning to this in network hospital ever again. Big difference from past years as far as care. Disappointed at best!!

1st time coming here with my son & honestly I wish I got everyone who attended us names because they were all very kind & fast paced. My son felt so welcomed & walked out saying "Amazing Dr" our overall experience was great & even walked out with a teddy bear given from one of the nurses. We were in and out in less than 1hr & a half & to me that was a win!

My sister could've gotten sepsis from a kidney infection due to the negligence of overnight ED physician Dr. Ketan Trivedi. My sister has complained of abdominal pain on her right side for a week and she was puzzled by what could be causing the pain. As it progressed, I initially took her to Medical City because she was staying around my place in Arlington. On this Thursday, she was diagnosed with a rapid UTI and recieved a simple antibiotic that has not worked for her treatment in the past. The infection was only getting worse, so on Friday, November 7th around 7 p.m., I accompanied her at this hospital. I told the receptionist it was very difficult for her to walk given how severe the pain was and that she needed a wheelchair. She was very dismissive and said she is capable of walking. Then we waited almost 4 hours in the waiting room just to be discharged by Dr. Trivedi just 10 minutes after being seen. At this point her kidney infection and UTI was so severe, it had spread to her left kidney as well and the pain radiated to her upper right groin. After the initial discharge at 11 p.m., the same night around 3 a.m., only 3 hours after discharge, I woke up to her wailing, sobbing, and severely shaking from the pain. Seeing her in such a state was terrifying and I called 911. Hoping to get an answer that night to aid the infection that has persisted for a week, we were yet again brushed off by Dr. Trivedi and to say I was enraged was an understatement. At this moment I was fearing for her life and he gaslit her on the severity of her state. The next day at 11 a.m. we figured out the medication prescribed was not going to treat the infection in both kidneys and bladder and we went here again. Finally, she had received proper treatment and was immediately administered antibiotics through iv and she was prescribed the appropriate medication and things are looking up now. The experience here was terrifying and my sister felt hopeless and that the staff were seeing her as overreactive. My family and I will avoid this hospital at all costs as if I did not advocate for my sister she could've gone in to septic shock. Shame on the negligent overnight staff, my family and I will avoid coming here at all costs.
