Havard Heart

I think the world of Dr. Havard, LaTasha, and all of their staff. Courteous, knowledgable, and patient. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment, they spend as much time with you as you need answering your questions and concerns.

Dr. Havard, his Nurse Practitioner, and his entire staff are excellent! Everyone here is very professional, kind, and thorough. I appreciate always sharing being greeted with a smile and the warm, friendly, caring atmosphere here. I highly recommend HAVARD HEART!

I agree in the past the office workers were unhelpful and rude. It was disgusting because the physician and his NP were excellent. I went I one time I weighed 121. The MA wrote 151. I got a whole lecture about what to eat. Now there is a whole new staff. Very helpful, attentive and competent. Love Dr. Havard. I am a nurse practitioner and appreciate his thoroughness.

Office and billing staff are ridged and appear uninterrsted in my cardiac welfare. I was refused treatment due to a past bill in 2021. My insurance paid my deductible first. This years deductible has been met. I tried to make a payment but it was refused. They demanded $500. I told them that I needed to pay it out. They refused to work with me. So I was unable to have my appointment with Dr. Havard. My 2022 insurance deductible has been paid. They just turned away insurance paying 100%. Obviously payment is more important than a persons life. Billing staff are very rude. I shall seek another cardiologist with respectful office staff.

I trusted Dr. Havard with my life, but his staff refused to let me see him even though my appointment was scheduled weeks before. His staff knew I had been in the hospital being treated for A Fib and had cardioversion for atrial flutters. I was the only patient still waiting. I am 83. I gave up and toaid I would find another doctor. I hsd already made an appointment with my new cardiologist, 3 days later I received a letter from De. Havard staying he would no longer treat me due to unsatisfactory patient/physician relationship. REALly!
