When I called for an appointment, the person answering the phone was very nice and helpful during the new patient and scheduling process. I received ongoing communication about my appointment, instructions for creating my patient portal, and online forms to complete.
On the day of my appointment, the check in process was easy and I was called to the back right away. The medical team was polite and efficient.
Dr. Lathia spent time with me going over records from a recent hospital stay as well as lab work and notes from previous procedures and medications. I never felt rushed and I appreciate the time spent with me to develop an action plan for the nextv3 months.
I'm grateful that I chose this practice. It is a good fit for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Lathia since 2020. Even though I've moved from Mansfield, I continue to make the drive and decided to keep him as my cardiologist because of his level of professionalism.
Office staff is ok...I don't think asking someone who just called in if they can hold and not come back to service the call for over 16 minutes is professional.
If you all can get a portal system going for patients where we can access past appointments, medical records, test results...it would be awesome.
