I set the appointment needing two specific tests which was explained prior to arriving and at the time the appointment was set. Upon speaking to Mangla regarding my specific condition and offering literature due to it's rarity, he was dismissive and refused to shut up and listen while trying to man-splain over me while I was telling him WHY I needed the specific two tests. One being for a base-line for a degenerative disease and the other which is a comorbidity of the rare disease mentioned above. I told him I would do the tests he wanted but I also needed the tests I was there to get. He kicked me out of the office and said he "had sick patients to deal with". The lack of professionalism is astounding especially since when asked if he knew anything about the rare condition I have he said he did and that a different doctor (which he named) sees those patience. That was a lie. Amazed at the arrogance. UPDATE: After having received a response to my review an entire year later and the responder using the word "misconception" as defined as an erroneous conception; mistaken notion and then lying saying they tried to contact a primary care doctor (which I do not have because my insurance does not require it) after refusing to even look at the documentation I mentioned in my initial review which included the specialists diagnoses and contact information as well as thewhite papers for treating said rare diseases as well as having been treated so disrespectfully I do not accept your half-assed apology and your rating stands.
