Even though Dr. Khan is an excellent heart doctor, his reception handling the incoming calls is absolutely careless in dealing with those patients trying to just reach anyone in the practice. Being in the office and watching her is just appalling. She answers the call, puts it on hold, and then continues to enter data on the computer, chats with her colleagues, speaks to patients and then will answer the call. Today 12/4/2025, I was on hold for 29 min before being spoken to other than "hold on". This is very frustrating.
