About Dr. Kyler W. Barkley, MD
Dr. Barkley is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with sub-specialty certification in Cardiovascular Disease. He is a native West Texan raised on his family's farm and ranch in the northern panhandle. After graduating from Texas Tech with his undergraduate degree, he continued on to medical school at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He then completed his internal medicine training at UT Southwestern in Dallas prior to specializing in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple.

Dr. Barkley stayed past his night shift to attend to me on a holiday weekend. He is very kind, gentle and very compassionate and I have recovered from a cardiac infection with his care and attention. Thank you Dr. Barkley!

He ignored my Dad and I. We asked him multiple times to take him OFF "Pacerone". This is while he was a patient under his care. Four hospital visits! He never felt the need for a angiogram!? Despite his past. Asked for pace maker multiple times! Yet you kept pushing pacerone! Even rolled your eyes multiple times while he was laying in the hospital bed. Then sent him home. You are whats wrong with the medical field. SELL OUT!! He died 1/13/2025.
