Wish I could give no stars.
My husband had afib (atrial fibrillation) which is an irregular heartbeat.
We went in for a checkup with Dr Sharif, and all went well. They wanted us to get a heart moniter to record if there are any underlying issues, but we couldnt because it was too much money.
We also told everybody it was too much so we went home with scans that looked good.
However, a week later, we check our account here, and it said we owe $300 for the heart monitor.
WE DIDNT GET THE HEART MONITER. We told them it was too much and they scammed us.
We've been waiting almost 2 hours for a call back
If you have ever gone here, check your account and make sure you don't owe something you didn't receive.
If you must go here. Put a hold on your bank account to make sure no charges go through because they will double charge you.

I needed to reschedule an appointment that I didn't have time to make & was put on hold for an hour & passed the appointment time. If i get charged for no call no show, I'm not paying it.

Dr. Solis is great! However the front office staff is very disorganized and not helpful at all.
I got a notification a week before my appointment, I showed up to my appointment at the scheduled time I was notified to be there. I was told by one girl that they had "no showed" me and I missed my appointment. That I had an appointment with the doctor thirty minutes before and then testing following that appointment. I explained to her that I only got one notification and only knew of one appointment. She didn't listen to anything I said, but she said I could still be seen for the testing since I was on time for that appointment. I waited for OVER AN HOUR before I was taken back for the tests. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to ask a different girl then the first one I talked to how long she thought I would be waiting because I was on time for the "one" appointment. Another girl rudely interrupted and raised her voice and said my chart was in the back and once it's in the back they have no control over how long things take.
When it was time for me to check out I told the girl that had raised her voice that I needed to make an appointment with the doctor, since I wasn't able to see him. She again raised her voice and said "HE'S NOT HERE!"
Very rude front staff. I was not happy at all.

A complete waste of my time. I came in for persistent chest pains, which should be taken very seriously. Instead, Dr. Sharif came in for literally under 2 minutes and did an examination that was a joke. He "listened" to my heart, but the stethoscope literally wasn't even pressing again my chest/back, and then he "felt" my pulse by just lightly laying his two fingers on my wrist without even moving my sleeve. There was no way he actually heard my heart or felt my pulse. He looked at my EKG for 0.1 seconds, recommended a stress test and echo, and rushed out of the room. I was lost until I found the signs for checkout. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been having heart issues for a week. I visited my PCP in Amarillo and she put in a referral request. A week later I have heard NOTHING from that referral. As a 38 year old mom of 3 I was becoming more nervous with each passing day that something could be seriously wrong. I visited my Endocrinologist (in Lubbock) this morning for my yearly checkup and he told me he'd refer me to a friend. I wasn't even out of the parking lot before I received a call to go straight to see Dr. Sharif. They worked me in immediately. An hour later, I have had an EKG, I have a monitor for 2 weeks, and he has calmed my fears. The staff was pleasant and kind, even though I know my appointment ate into their already brief lunch time. I am so thankful God allowed these two doctors into my life. After horrible interactions with a major Heart Group in Amarillo, I will recommend a 2 hour drive to Dr. Sharif to anyone I know.
