I am giving this place 4 stars only because the nurse was very friendly and empathetic. The nurse had a very pleasant attitude and was very helpful. Front desk staff/receptionist needs additional training on effective communication with patients. Her attitude was definitely not desirable, especially if you are not feeling well. I only mentioned the front desk staff/receptionist because I believe that the first interaction with the patient should be at minimum pleasant. They charge $29 for consultation, and do NOT accept any type of insurance. Be expecting to pay more than $29 dollars if you expect to receive any additional care besides your consultation. Also, it's worth mentioning that you will not see a medical doctor (MD), you will most likely see an FNP or PA via Telehealth (video). If you are wanting to see a medical doctor (MD), you should go elsewhere. Again, I gave it 4 stars solely based on the awesome service delivered by the nurse.
