I was greeted with a beautiful smile and professionalism. Front desk service was excellent, the dynamic and compassionate nurse was a delight and Dr. Gerasimon is truly a knowledgeable and considerate doctor. Reassuring. Explained patiently some of the details. Ms. Georgia is an advocate for the patient. I appreciated her understanding and patience.

My recent appt with Dr Gerasimon was my first with him. Appt was at the Live Oak location. 1) Office layout and presentation were well done. 2) Staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with, from checkin to waiting room directions, to Dr's Patient Room where patient tests were done before Doctor meetswith his patient, and to Check out. 3) Dr Gerasimon was very supportive of my Heart Issue. Asked me about my medical history and about who has supported me the last few years. 4) Dr Gerasimon requested additional medical tests for me to complete before my next appointment. 5) Dr Gerasimon was recommended to my by one of my other doctor's. I appreciate the recommendation.

Dr. Gerasimon is experienced, knowledgeable, caring and willing to listen to his patient's concerns about their health. I am happy to recommend him to my family members, friends and neighbors.

It was truly a pleasure to visit y'all's office, and I was very pleased with the way. The doctor listened to me and told me step-by-step how things are gonna be taken care of. The staff was very understanding of my scheduling needs and was very much appreciated.
