Great staff. Jacob was great on the phone and in person. Dr. Palomino gave great information, and seemed genuinely concerned. There did not feel like any judgment. The facility was beautiful and the visit was timely and did not feel rushed. The communication from every level was clear and concise. One thing I also appreciated, Dr. Palomino was careful not to overstep my other doctors recommendations, contributing to the continuity of care and providing a wholistic experience.
