Dr. Shafiq is one of the great ones. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk too and encourages his patients to ask questions. He genuinely cares and it shows. His staff is very professional, from the front desk to the examination room. Was sad to learn that he will no longer be in Lewisville in a month or so, come October 2025. Will definitely be making the drive to Plano or Las Colinas to see him in the future. Will be well worth the trip to keep him as my mother's Cardiologist.
This clinic is run by 2 unprofessional idiots (the tech and the front desk staff/mediocre office manager) plus the doctor; poorly manage! Both staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst clinic you can think of. Patients' privacy and right are violated to the core. The doctor is oblivious; it took him 2 weeks to send my mom's meds to the pharmacy after an office visit yet no explanation.
Absolutely super!! Told me medical issues I have that no-one else ever told me!!! His staff is fantastic as well!!!
Dr Moiz is our go-to Doc. Extremely professional , knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Very friendly to talk to and I always feel comfortable asking him questions.
Very pleased with visit. Front office was very friendly and helpful in scheduling, Zelda was very friendly, and Dr Shafiq was very easy to talk to and received excellent care!
