My mother law is in the ICU fighting for her life and this office could care less. I called to get info on her pacemaker and I was rudely told they had no info on it. I called back and I was told that the rep was in the office and was placed on hold for over 45 min. It's been over a week and still no call back from this office. Today I called and to speak to the office manager Brenda and the person who answers the phone didn't ask what it was regarding or who I was nor attempted to help me . I am the Chief Operations officer for my clinical practice and we don't treat patients like this . I hope this never happens to anyone else and it's why I'm writing this review to prevent this from happening. I hope for the better of this office that someone reaches out to me today regarding my complaint. I had to call and find out the info the hospital also tried to obtain myself. When did healthcare become so broken. I get better service at McDonalds and that isn't saying much.
