Dr. Guzman and his whole staff treated me excellent. He took his time in explaining my heart condition and never made me feel rushed when I had a million questions for him. I feel like I made the right choice choosing him as my cardiologist. I highly recommend him.
If it was possible to give him negative stars I would. Doctors should be healers. We go to them for help not to leave their office feeling worse than when we walked in. This doctor needs to learn how to interact with patients and speak to them properly. Never again. I will be looking for another doctor.
Terrible doctor went with my diabetic husband once to get his heart checked and and we were told that he wasnt even diabetic even tho he brought his meds with him. He continued to press that my husband was crazy and that it was all in his head and that he had nothing wrong. This old man messed around with my husband's benefits for saying things like that.
It's funny how a cardiologist like this doesn't have a heart. I went here one time and I felt so on edge with the way he was talking down to me and said alot of things as if he knew me and automatically assumed alot of things about me and what I do. Their staff is serious and cold besides one nurse who was sweet. Dr. Guzman was rude and didn't have patience for me. I didn't feel welcome at all and I don't want anybody else experiencing this like I did. I suggest another cardiologist who is more understanding and sweet and kind. Do not recommend.
Only reason not giving 5 stars it's first time at office visit. Place looks clean is about the only thing I can rate. Service would have to be at a later visit, which I will revisit here for an update.
