I had a challenging experience scheduling my mother's recent appointment. I initially spoke with an unhelpful staff member, which was very frustrating, especially since I was coordinating this from out of Laredo. However, I called later hoping to get another staff member at the office and my experience was completely turned around when I spoke with Isomara. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic. Isomara took the time to understand my situation and ensured my mother's appointment was handled smoothly. Her exceptional service made a huge difference during a stressful time, and I can't thank her enough. Staff like Isomara are a true asset to the clinic! Thank so very much for your attentive and kind help Isomara.

Worst place ever, had me waiting 2 hours on the waiting area to tell me they couldn't attend me that day. So I had a reschedule. I left so mad, that I left a comment that day of the service. The day of may appointment, after I got out of the test, there was this guy waiting for me, I think he was the manager or something, cornering me, he told me that I should delete that comment that it wasn't fair what I wrote. Please really, that is completely unprofessional from his part, I felt offended and that's why I leave a 1 star review, because I can't leave anything less. Instead of looking for the patients this guy hunts them if you leave a bad review. They only care about getting that insurance money. Btw they said I had nothing, when at SA got a better help, care and found what was wrong with me.

My experience was horrendous, staff negligence is high. I got there in an ambulance on time and I waited 2 hours on the side. I called the front office and was passed to a room and then they forgot I was there 2 hours and 53 minutes . The dr had gone from his office when the nurse saw me and said ahh! I paid out of pocket for an ambulance transport since I am bedridden. Not going back.

If I can leave it with no stars, I would, but this doctor is by far one of the worst doctors in Laredo, find someone better. I'm not sure how he still is licensed after first hand experiencing the medical negligence for his patients. My grandmother has been in the hospital for a week already in the SAME building his office is located in and he hasn't even bother to visit and check in on her not even once after her having experience two strokes. It's ridiculous how he continuously sends his nurse practitioner rather than himself coming to check in on her and see her state of mind, yet he's still charging her? He prioritizes financial gains rather than patients care.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend the clinic or services. I am the patient and I can choose my physician. Obviously everyone has the exact same opinion about this office. Same issue there is no structure or order to patient care. They required me to be fasting for an exam which I then had to wait 4 additional hours. I don't recommend it.
