ER nurses need to stop the chit chat and get to work, been sitting here in the ER for my dad and we have been here since 2:36 and it's now 6:26. There is literally no one here waiting but oh the nurses and nurse practitioners are over there laughing instead of doing their work and going to check if the results are in.
Services are fast .. they are only 2 bad things One is in registration when you register you are ask to sign a paper(in the computer ) but they don't tell you nor they review any thing with you they don't give you any copies of what you signed... 2nd they should be more carefuly in setting up appointments that require an year Mine was two weeks before the year and they had me going again in two weeks and in the mean time i missed out of work other than that techs are very nice and service are fast
I went into the emergency room at 1 a.m. due to a car accident, and from the reception desk to the on-duty doctor and nurses, their thoughtful care and kindness were a great comfort to me. Thanks to them, I was able to receive treatment and leave with peace of mind. I am deeply grateful to all the medical staff.
I had gone in around the evening, due to pain from my previous surgeries (3) and my staples from my stomach were over bleeding. But the medical staff was amazing even if there was a shift change on the nurses both him and her were amazing to me. I love how the treat and care for there patients ! Shout out to the ones who attended me and did the ct scan yall are the mvo. May god bless y'all! Now I'm back home in on but safely with my children.
Could not of had a better experience, especially under the circumstances of my visit. Every person I interacted with from intake at the front desk in the emergency room to the nurses attending to my reason of visit. Great communication with the doctor and staff , when it was time for my CT Scan and Ultrasound I was made feel very comfortable and safe and I could see everyone was very knowledgeable in there area of expertise. Sometimes we do have to understand the complexity of being in the emergency room, they will do their best to attend to everyone and their needs, sometimes it just has to be based on everyone's situation but that's when we as individuals have to understand and recognize what's going on around us and provide the support and respect everyone deserves.
