It was sad to enter his second office across the hall and you see a Christmas tree with a skull as a tree topper and all over the tree. That office is filthy and smells horrible. I couldn't believe it. I refuse to go in there again. It really makes a sick person feel sicker.

Dr. Cigarroa is never on-site. The Nurse Practitioner is nice but lack knowledge. I left him million mgs without return. I have very severe symptoms to the point I can't even bath. He disregard them. He is supposed to know how to diagnosed orthostatic hypertension, orthostatic hypotension & POTS Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Which they lack knowledge. From er to hospitals, he never answered. Extremely bad cardiologist group. You all need to do more I was left hopeless and very extremely bad.

Cancelled 2 appointments because they can't find a VA voucher for payment. Instead of telling me another sections fault and I also had a voucher sent to me, also. Laredo Doctors and their Staff are the worst and truly behind for knowledge. I would rate a zero, if it was one to select. San Antonio, Texas has the best qualified Doctors that are rated with 5 stars. Retired High Ranking War Vet...

Dr. Cigarroa is a trustworthy cardiologist. He always treats me with kindness, transparency, and respect. Every time I visit him I can tell he has a genuine interest in the betterment of his patients. Totally recommend him!
