The out patient services team is AMAZING! Had a small surgery to remove a mass from my foot today. The whole team is kind & professional, but also very personable and we had some good laughs. They really helped my anxiety as we prepared for the surgery and it went smoothly. Wonderful people!
Shurda has do an amazing job, everything about my room was clean ! I've never been to a hospital who has clean hospitals like this. Thank you Shurda for making this feel like temporary home . Detox: All of these techs and nurses are SO SO nice the hospitality is 100%. I really feel like this was gonna be very scary. However they have made it above and beyond. They're the nicest nurses I've ever met.! They're very come and understand understanding and willing to talk.
When I arrived in the ER my nurse Rey was the absolute best . The treatment from the staff was amazing. I was admitted to the hospital, the staff on the third floor ws also the best, attentive, caring and had the best bed side manners. Now the down side, the housekeeping department I give a thumbs down. There was a urine cup left in the shower, the floors could use a good buffer and mopping. I give four stars to all the staff that we with me from 12/8 to 12/9 thank you all. Housekeeping no star.
I tell you! If I am hospitalized this is the place I'd come to. Nina and Olga are simply the absolute best in accommodations. I was well taken care of. The Bible tells to show ourselves friendly. They truly took great care of me. Ladies. Keep doing what you're doing. And thanks for taking great care of me during my stay.
This has been a wonderful experience while in the ICU. People here are amazing, and friendly. The food is delicious here. The people here really make the hospital. My aunt had a serious surgery here, it went great. Dr Malik and his team were amazing.all the nurses and staff were always routinely checking in, making the stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to thank a few by name. Yolanda Hines for the coffee; Nina, Tina, Kenny, Sharon, and Jacque. The hospitality within this team was excellent. If I could give more then a 5 star rating I would.
