Most of the doctors are really good. But Doctor Neely I will never go back to she sent me to the hospital with my son every time saying he has a lot of problems when the hospital said he's just fine. And was rude to my husband when he took our son in by himself. She only made us an anxious and worried for NO reason. She's the worst doctor I've encountered.
These doctors are unprofessional. I'll never ever bring my children here again. They instigated a very personal situation for a family matter that had nothing to do with them. I'm uncomfortable with bringing my children back here for how they handled a particular situation that could be detrimental.
Because of UTMB's incompetence my daughter cannot attend her very first day of school and we are forced to seek another doctor. Do yourself a favor and just DO NOT go here. The negativity with this place goes on for years but I do not have the time to reiterate at the moment since now last minute, to the fault of this sorry practice, I have to jump through hoops to get my daughter seen within 24 hours or she misses school. This place is an absolute disgrace!
What a horrible customer service ! For this practice to be a pediatric one I think the staff should be more friendly and at least say hi to you when you come in? I came on October 24th , a blonde lady and brunette lady were at the front , talking and not even pay attention I was in the office , the blonde lady was simply rude !!!!! She was on her phone , when leaving the office not even a good bye !! Such an awful first experience at this office , we need kind and friendly faces working at a pediatrics place not rude and unhelpful people.
My 3 year old had been coming here since birth. He used to see Dr Salazar before she moved away and since has seen Dr Elam and occasionally Dr Payne, all which have treated us and my son great! Along with the nurses and the staff at the front desk.we never feel rushed and always feel welcomed and never left waiting long. My son has alot of doctors and appointments and the ones here always go very well!
