If I could have left zero starts I would have. Completely rude, my father age of 65 , with high blood pressure called earlier today to make an appointment , he was spoken to in a very aggressive manner and rude tone from the front desk lady. Practically yelled at him and barely let him speak. Unprofessional and disrespectful!!

The receptionists are rude on the phone as well in person. They do not follow up on appointments, prescriptions and scheduling tests. Expect to wait 1-2 hours for your appointment, even if you are post open heart surgery. Cardiologists seem good but if a patient cannot get through to them then they are only as good as their staff! If i could give 0 star's i would.

Front desk people are rude and incompetent. I had to physically go in face to face to get an appt. after leaving several messages. They messed up on my insurance. Never called to check status. But, I do like my dr.

The doctor was good but the front desk staff [the lady sitting by the exit door] was acting like I was bothering her. Not helpful and greatly lacks customer skills. Was not helpful, was short and abrupt with the response , never look at me and lack communication skills. The environment was very unfriendly and not having a welcoming feeling. No communication occur between the patient and the desk clerks. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.

Poorly organized. Not trustworthy feedback. Went in for a simple procedure upon the request of Dr. Harris, and they never called back with results. When I called them, they insisted that my general dr had requested the services & therefore should talk with him. This was not the case. After correcting them, they gave me the technician's feedback on the results of the procedure, rather than the actual doctor's feedback (he was on vacation). I paid a lot of money for the procedure, and I expected a little more than this haphazard feedback. Would not recommend to anyone that actually takes their health seriously. Feel like I wasted my money/time.
