OUTSTANDING CARE. After moving to Kyle 2.5 years ago, had been searching for an Internal Medicine doctor to use for family care. Had my first appointment with Dr. Ramirez yesterday after a referral. What wonderful & professional care. My prior long time family doctor in Charlotte provided care to 32 physicians and also a former NC Governor's family, so I was seeking a similar doctor in Kyle and feel so very comfortable with Dr. Ramirez. So glad he accepted a new patient. :-)
Dr. Ramirez is the best! I had a great visit at his new office. I was seen before my appointment time, his staff were kind, skilled and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend his new practice (Hays Primary Care) to anyone looking for a PCP.

Dr. Ramirez is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is extremely knowledgeable and always very thorough when speaking with his patients. One never feels that he hasn't time to listen to everything you have to say. He explains things well and helps his patients plan ahead. Leaves no stone unturned. Great guy!
My personal experience has been that Dr Raul Ramirez is an outstanding Physician. He has been my PCP for three years and he only gets better. Dr. Ramirez is personable, professional, and empathetic. Dr. Raul includes me and involves me in my own treatment plan. He includes me in my treatment by reviewing, for example, my current and past blood profiles and other assessments that may be a little complicated and difficult for me to understand. He is not hesitant to get closer to me, his patient, and he educates me as we study the monitor together and compare current results to previous results. Dr. Ramirez's nurses are attentive, Competent and professional. The recent day that I went to see Dr. Ramirez, it was Nurse Rebecca who cared for me. Previously, it has been Nurse Angie who cares for me.
