Like other comments, be prepared to wait for hours for an appointment. Had to cancel first appointment after waiting for over 2.5 hours and maybe 2 people were seen. On second occasion, I showed up early and it was just me and one other person. I expected to be seen quickly. An hour later and now the room is full of patients and not a single person has been seen. I don't know what's going on here but would highly recommend getting a referral elsewhere.
Be prepared to wait way over your appointment time , and also the crowded small waiting room. Nothing against the Dr. If you have plans for the day, I'd reschedule those plans it's about a 3+ hour wait even if you have an appointment to see the Dr. If you're getting a scan or a test, I'm not too sure about the wait. But if it's a follow-up, be prepared for the long wait. I've been here since 11:30am. with a family member, it is now going on 2pm. and nowhere near to be called back to be seen.
I was referred this incompetent office by my primary care Dr . My appointment was at 1:30. I was there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork work k. I knew was going to be bad when in the middle of signing in the incompetent girl up front yanked the clipboard and I told her I wasnt finished signing in. She said" I will call you up here" I said how can you call me when I didnt finish signing in. So then grudgingly took the rest of my information. Now remember my appointment was at 130. So about 145 they finally called me up for insurance information.. I waited and waited and waited. I saw in () next to my name said new. At 300 I finally told the incompetent girl up front I was canceled my appointment that people that showed at 3 was going back Folks if you get referred to this clinic don't waste your time.. they treat new patients like trash I will reporting this to AMA, BBB, and my insurance company and primary Dr .
This Dr a joke dammm Danny De Vito had procedure in shoreline for heart catheter n they never called me with time n date but I was supposed to be there on Thursday smh and they never answer the dam phone I'll probably called like fifty times so I can get refills and still no answer guess they only will help u if u go to hospital if your having heart attack
