About Dr. Ramez Nairooz, MD
Interventional cardiologist with wealth of expertise in treating complex heart conditions & limb ischemia by performing the most advanced interventional procedures. Prior to Peterson, he worked in St Davids Main, Austin, TX. He specializes in performing complex coronary & peripheral interventions, applying the most cutting edge therapeutic & scientific techniques to serve his patients. He completed his interventional fellowship in University of Southern California. He graduated medical school with honors from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, completed internal medicine residency in New York Medical college, New York City then cardiology fellowship at University of Arkansas for medical sciences. He published research in top journals.

Dr Nairooz saw me in the hospital for pulmonary embolism. He explained my condition and discussed procedure that could be done and should only be done if anticoagulants didn't work. I had one daughter who is a nurse on speaker phone and another daughter who was in the room asking questions and he was very open to them.

The Amazing Dr Ramez Nairooz!!! After an extended absence from Kerrville area due to moves, I called and requested appointment for my cardiac care. I had suffered another heart attack and ambulance could only take me directly to closest hospital where a stent was placed. As Dr Nairooz entered exam room, I lifted up my new Marriage Certificate and what a beautiful smile and presence I experienced.
