Dr. Saffari is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I completely trust his judgment and always feel confident that I'm in great hands. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. My family and I have been seeing him for years, and we are so grateful for his outstanding care. No Follow-Up, No Accountability -- Avoid UT Physicians Cinco Ranch I came to UT Physicians Cinco Ranch on October 17, 2025, with acute shoulder pain. I paid out of pocket for an MRI the same day to speed things up. Their office received the MRI by October 21--yet here I am, October 30, still waiting for a call, update, or any kind of follow-up. No one should have to chase down care when they're in pain. This clinic had all my imaging and still left me in the dark. If you value timely communication, professional follow-through, or basic patient respect, look elsewhere. I since left and went to another orthopedic Dr and within 1-day have a plan of action. Go elsewhere and get needed care or try UT yourself and find out how they work. I should have read the reviews prior as they are exactly as described in the reviews.
