Dr. Ahmed have been my PCP for over 10 years. He is thorough and is always compassionate in his care. Though I've moved away, I still make the drive to see him for my primary care needs. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor. He is very thorough and very compassionate. The reason for 1 star is the inefficiency and incompetence of his staff. They scheduled my mother for a followup visit a month in advance. The day of the visit I called them to ask some questions about the appointment and I was informed that they don't have her down for that day. I told them that I have the appointment card with me with that day's date and time which they gave me on her last visit. They never accepted their mistake and on insisting rescheduled my mom for the following week for lab work and the doctor's visit. Today when I took her in, she had her doctor's visit but then we waited for almost 2 hours for her lab work while many people who showed up later, received services within 10 minutes.

Dr doesn't have the best bedside manner and wait times are long. Staff isn't the most understanding and they are incompetent. For example, I told them 3 times I need a print out of my lab req form because I want to go to labcorp. Despite communicating this several times, they still gave me a lab form specific to quest. So now I am unable to get my blood work done at labcorp until they send it and I wasn't notified of this until I was in the waiting room of my labcorp appointment. It's been 40 minutes and the office hasn't sent what's needed so I am currently scrambling to find a quest appointment due to their disorganization. Overall a bad experience with this office and I wouldn't be interested in coming back. Staff needs additional training, isn't welcoming, and doctor is overall rude.

Dr. Ahmed is an excellent doctor for me and my husband. Loving and caring staff I highly recommend him. I wrote this review one year ago, always excellent, we have been checking us with doctor Ahmed for several years with no problems and very happy. Dr Ahmed it's very good and very wise on his diagnostics.
