Dr. Harlin performed my procedure and I followed up with him three weeks later. On the day of the procedure he was kind, thoughtful and told me what to expect. At my follow up, he was kind, listened carefully and assured me of the way forward. This is how healthcare should feel. Dr. Harlin has an incredible team and I'd recommend him any day any time.

Unprofessional and rude front office staffs, doctor Harlin is careless and ignore patient, keep saying " I fix it, i fix it" but do nothing excepting see the patient for 2 minute and left, the wound from his first surgery was severe infected and he did nothing with all of my following up until my pcp was worried and directly call him then he treated that wound in the hospital. Very disappointed for this kind of heartless doctor, please stay away from his practice.

Dr. Harlin is truly an exceptional doctor. His bedside manner is warm, attentive, and compassionate--making you feel comfortable. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff is equally wonderful--friendly, professional, and helpful. I couldn't recommend this practice more highly!

I'm quite disappointed with the office staff. They've been rude, impatient, and lacking in initiative. For instance, they refused to call the insurance company with a simple diagnosis code to clarify coverage. Instead, they repeatedly insisted, 'We don't do that,' even though I had just spoken to the insurance company and that was their sole request. They even put me on hold mid-sentence and then, incredibly, suggested I might be discharged from the doctor's care and referred to a hematologist. It's baffling how someone without medical training could make such statements or even speak to patients in this manner.

My wife has made an appointment months ago and had exams ready and he keeps moving such appointment. Today was the second time he did it. Today, his office informed that her appointment would have to be moved to 1 month from now. Most likely a 3rd appointment cancellation will happen (if we were willing to wait). We will start looking right now for a reliable doctor, instead. Total lack of respect with the patient!
