What is the point of making an appointment, completing all of your online checking then getting there scanning your QR code to check in then it says see a customer checking agent. Then the agent only ask me my name, birthday and then says ok have a seat. Didn't they already have all my info from checking in online and my Kelsey account? So is completing online check in really beneficial if I'm having to wait in line? Not sure... After seeing my Dr, then if you need labs, you have to go downstairs and wait in another line to check in - didn't I just do that upstairs? This process could surely be streamlined! How about QR codes, I mean chic fil a has it figured out on mobile drive thru! Overall the staff is friendly, the care is good my particular Dr always seems to be in a hurry, guess it's the nature of the business. I have been to worse places, but let's get some of your processes and check ins streamlined.

Since I ain't been a member with Kelsey Siebel, it's the best thing that happened to me because everything is just right there. Everybody is just like family they take care of me they schedule my appointment they they keep up my appointments. They remind me I just I love it myself. I love it.
