Her office is on Kingsland in Katy Texas has some very people very unprofessional people that run it. They never answer the phone they take two and a half hour lunches they're not there when you need them. Be aware

Really takes a lot for me to post a one star review. I'm not sure how you can call this a doctors office. The Doctor is NEVER there, The staff is the rudest, most unprofessional, unorganized people I have ever seen. I fully intend to follow up my latest visit by filing as many complaints with as many medical associations I can find.

I am very disappointed. When I first start seeing Dr. Remy I actually SAW HIM. I have been a patient for a couple of years, and have only seen him twice. Beside that, the staff took my blood pressure with a machine she pulled out of her purse, and when it came time to do my blood work, the lady who checked me in at the front desk came in to the room, and poked me multiple times with the needle, saying she couldn't find a vein. I have a fear of needles, so I was in tears, but the vein in my left arm is very visible, but for some reason she kept missing it. She sent me to a lab to get the blood work done where the phlebotomist wondered how she even missed the vein with it being so easy to see. I did not hear back from the doctor's office for a number of weeks concerning any blood test results. When I called in, the Nurse Practitioner told me that I would have to make another appt. to obtain my blood test results. If this is procedure, it is new to me, because I have never had to do this with any doctor before. She proceeded to tell me that I could count the phone call we were on as a telephone appt. and she could bill the insurance company as a visit, then I could get my results. I was so excited to have a doctor I thought cared about my health. He even allowed patients to contact him directly with any concerns. It is not the case now, and I am so disappointed that my health boils down to bootleg office visits, and billable hours to claim on my health insurance.
