Chioma Azolibe, MD earned her medical degree at the University of Lagos College of Medicine Nigeria and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at New York City at NYC Health + Hospitals: Woodhull Medical and Mental Center. Dr. Azolibe treats patients ages 18 years and older. She sees patients for routine health physicals, preventive screenings, sick visits and chronic medical conditions. Some of the ailments she treats are but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, COPD as well as anxiety and depression. I have a completely disabled son . He had a brain bleed and stroke . Dr. Azolibe is an EXCELLENT Dr!! She has been nothing but wonderful . My son has a very complex case . She has worked with us for a yr getting him into the right specialist, getting his nursing , all his RXs, and just taking such good care of him . One thing I appreciate about her is that she doesn't just prescribe medications unnecessarily. She is the most thorough Dr we have ever had .
