My father was referred to this Dr after a stroke. 1st, impossible to get on the phone. 2nd - their notes and messages are not received or sent to Primary doctors. 3rd - I have scheduled an appointment twice to get a heart monitor already and paid co-pays, father had to wait over an hour after the scheduled time and just to be told that they did not know about the heart monitor! The whole reason for the appointments are for the heart monitor and they seem not to know anything. My father does say that the staff and Dr Stephanie are nice once they call him back. But he will probably have to make another appointment for the heart monitor, then another appointment with the neurologist who needs the results of the heart monitor and thats how it all trickles down the chain. It is already 45 days after the stroke, heart monitor requested immediately after discharge and nothing yet. It might not be needed, we are not Dr., but at least communicate it to the other Drs so they can stop asking for it. I might be venting but this is me sharing our experience with this clinic.

While Dr Odhav may be polite and pleasant to speak to, I highly do not recommend him to anyone I know, especially friends and family. I will not be returning to this office ever again as he refuses patient requests. I was referred to Dr Odhav for the possibility of POTS by two different doctors. My first initial visit, I explained I believe I may have POTS and need testing to figure out what is causing my symptoms of lightheadedness and clammyness and chest pain from time to time and requested the tilt table test. He told me I did not seem to have the criteria for POTS (my initial visit!! No testing). He ordered a heart monitor, Echo and Stress test which all came back normal and good. I went for my final appointment for all the results and told me I was clear... to just drink plenty of fluids and electrolytes (i drink 100oz water daily and labs from another dr show electrolytes were great). No answer as to why my symptoms are happening.
I go to the store, I feel like im about to pass out where im literally having to sit on the floor. Same thing for when I wake up in the mornings every day! He posted my visit summary for my last appointment and stated "Reported episodes of lighteheadedness, dizziness and claminess especially in the mornings and with positional changes. Symptoms may be related to ORTHOSTATIC CHANGES."
Yet this Dr denies and refuses a tilt table test for any orthostatic issues!! Complete waste of time and highly dissapointed that I was not cared for properly! It's nice to know my health is not a concern and did not matter to them. I called and left a voicemail on 9/4/2025 asking for an explanation as to why the Dr would state this in my visit summary and not do a tilt table test... it is now 9/18/2025 and I have yet to receive a call from his office.
Find another Dr who actually cares about your health - my recommendation for everyone. When my resting HR is 78 when laying down and then my HR is150 when I stand up still - all within 1min difference... (on video too) that is NOT normal and was completely overlooked.

He took great care of my father following his heart attack and put in a stent where he had blockage. Dr. Odgav's bedside manner and medical expertise really made my father feel very informed and relaxed following what was a very scary time for him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled cardiologist to care for themselves or a loved one.

Dr. Odhav saw me in the hospital. He didn't touch me or listen to me with a stethoscope. No assessment. He stood over my bed and told me that my symptoms were normal and that I didn't need a cardiology consult. Meanwhile, my admitting doctor requested a consult due to symptoms and family history. Then Dr. Odhav put in my chart that my extremely low heart rate was due to anxiety. My doctor was livid at his note. She said it was the most insulting thing she had read. I have since gone to another cardiologist and he took my symptoms seriously and actually assessed me. I wouldn't trust Dr. Odhav with any of my loved ones. I wouldn't recommend him unless you want to be gaslighted.

He has been treating me for several years and now he is also treating three other members of my family. He was the Dr on call when I entered the ER and he saved my life. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Odhav.
