Doctor Wainscott is the most caring an accurate physician. Takes her time to ease the patient. Thank you for caring . It's easy to bring my brother to see you. Sometimes people with special needs refuse to go to doctors appointments, but with you being who you are made it easy

MDVIP sure seems like a scam to me! Current patients must now pay over $2000 per year if they want to continue seeing Dr. Shen & that fee is not covered by any insurance plans. Doctors come a dime a dozen so there's plenty to choose from that don't try to scam their patients!

I appreciate the care I receive from Dr Shen. He listens to my concerns, and is prompt at adjusting my medications to my needs. He is caring, compassionate, and very easy to talk to.

I called this office to establish a new PCP. When I gave the office staff the information about my new insurance ,I was told that they would take care of verification of my insurance .When I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Andy Shen, the office staff had done nothing to prepare for my appointment.I had to make calls before they would see me.The office staff became rude and disrespectful when I let them know my dissatisfaction. Dr.Shen was distant and uninterested in my medical condition and offered little support. The office staff were rude and incompetent.I have since found a doctor that cares.

Although he missed a shingles diagnosis for my mother, he has been a solidly, proactive physician who listens to and works with his patients. Sad to see him change to MDVIP.
