Dr. Overbeck was a cardiologist my dad was referred to see once and while we only had to see him once he left a remarkable impression. Within the first 5 mins of meeting we knew we were in good hands. Now a few years later needing a cardiologist for my husband I quickly sought his care. I was not disappointed, he continues to be a phenomenal physician with amazing bedside skills. Very thorough, professional, and detailed. Sandra Downey, PA whom works with Dr. Overbeck falls no short of Dr. Overbeck. She was beyond amazing and caring. Listened to concerns, answered all questions. Detailed explanations and ensures patient leaves office without further questions. Both make an exceptional team! We are blessed to be under their care. Thank you! I must add front office is knowledgeable, accommodate appointments, answer phone promptly. Not sure if MAs or RNs but also very polite while assisting patient to check in (vitals, gathering info for providers including but not limited to labs, imaging, etc.) Very impressed with the office as a whole

Dr Overbeck is my heart doctor. He goes beyond my expectations. I have always receive perfect care, and full explanation of my condition and medications. I have called the office in the past and received a call back and help in a timely manner. I feel very secure with Dr. Overbeck as my cardiologist and certainly highly recommend him.

Dr. Overbeck was my cardiologist. Up untill today my experiences had been pleasant. They have a new computer system which went up and running in July of this year. It allowed me to reschedule my appointment, check in on the web etc. Get to the office today. Reception welcomes me takes my money for my co-pay. Advise me they'll call me back shortly. Minutes later come out to inform me the doctor will not be in until 9am but I am welcome to wait. Say their new system doesn't make them aware that a patient has reschedule until normally the day of that patients appointment. Goes back to her desk speaks with her other Co workers comes back out telling me she has to reschedule my appointment because I'm a new patient. Knowing that I am an existing patient. She even told me the last time I saw the doctor when I initially scheduled with her on Friday. I have seen Dr Overbeck on several occasions and had stress test, echocardiogram etc done at his office. I tell her don't bother to refund my money. I'll take my business elsewhere. You help me understand how your flawed system is the patients issue.

I don't have time to wait for receptionists to give lunch orders over the phone rather than attend to patients waiting to sign in or even say "good morning" to us. I leave when I am ignored . Dr. O. is a nice Doctor, though.

Great staff and dr. Overbeck is wonderful.
