Dr Manhas is so nice and thorough, makes me feel comfortable to talk about anything. He's down to earth and awesome.

I have been a patient at Cottonwood Cardiology for the past four months, specifically with Dr. Kizilbash. It has been a terrible, terrible experience. The customer service at Cottonwood Cardiology is horrific, and Dr. Kizilbash is generally inaccessible and disinterested in you as a patient. What's more, my $135,000 ablation (my out of pocket at almost $5,000) FAILED to fix my afib problem. Three weeks now after surgery my afib is back worse than ever. Scheduling is a nightmare with Cottonwood Cardiology. I would wait literally weeks to hear from the scheduler and then it was weeks more before I could get into the office for an appointment. I eventually had to get the office manager involved, who apologized and admitted they were very short on staff. When my afib roared back on a weekend three weeks after my surgery, I called the office answering service to try talk to the on-call doctor asking if I should go back on my meds to control it, the only answer I got was "The office is closed, if you have an emergency, go to the emergency room." They wouldn't connect me to the on-call doctor. I eventually had to make my own decision to go back onto the meds based upon what I was reading on Google. I've learned more about my condition and my procedure from Dr. Google than I have from Cottonwood Cardiology or Dr. Kizilbash. I hear there are many good cardiology offices and cardiologists in DFW. From my direct experience, Cottonwood Cardiology and Dr. Kizilbash are NOT in that group.
