Total Men's Primary Care - Hutto

Did my annual and first time visit. The staff and doctor are very friendly. Everything went so easily and efficiently compared to my past experiences at doctor offices. The doctors here seem very interested in your long-term well-being.

I had a truly outstanding experience at my recent medical appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The medical provider was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I really appreciated their compassionate and patient-centered approach. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and followed all necessary safety protocols. Overall, it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, respectful, and efficient medical care.

I walked into this clinic.... first impression....the typical careless lady at the counter... "sir, appointment only" " what about the sign outside...JUST WALK IN?" She was back with that careless answer... "appointment only sir" "Ok could you please check at another clinic if I can be seen? (Meaning another Total Men's clinic..) And she is like "there a clinic at the corner (Longhorn care) and there's another one behind HEB (St David Care Now). Oh well ... thank for the recommendation... definitely I've got better attention at "St David's Care Now". I wont visit Total Men's care ever. They don't have their crap together besides the rude staff.

The reception staff could use additional training. As a clinic manager myself, I would be mortified if my staff presented themselves and spoke to our patients the way that this office does. Let this be a reminder that you are in the business of healthcare and your core values should include care for your patients that you are proud of. I find it incredibly unsatisfactory that the triage staff is so unwilling to do more than answer the phone with an attitude. You, as a practice, failed the patients whose provider left this practice and refuse to give even a partial rx for a pertinent, but not controlled, medication to people who rely on treatment for day-to-day life. There was no notification, no heads up that this change was happening and that the new provider would not be filling prescriptions without an additional office visit between annual exams. I find it really hard to believe that there isn't any kind of administration on duty. You should be embarrassed.

I had a great experience. The Staff were friendly with quick and efficient service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable health services.
