1 Star WELLSPIRE Medical: where time goes to die. I booked an appointment four months ago. Four. As in: an entire season passed, babies were born, people changed careers -- and somehow WELLSPIRE still couldn't manage to verify my insurance in that time. They even called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. Wild concept, right? A phone call? Almost like they could've used that same phone to confirm my insurance. But no -- apparently that would've required effort, planning, or a functioning brain cell. I show up on time, and these folks are just BEGINNING to verify my insurance like it's some shocking new mystery that landed on their desk this morning. By the time they finished wrestling with the "spelling of my name" (the plot twist of the century), I'd been sitting there for 45 minutes wondering if I had accidentally checked into a simulation running on dial-up internet. The only reason I even tried to reschedule is because their circus-level inefficiency was about to make me miss a business meeting -- something important. Meanwhile, their next available date? Another four months out. At that point, I might qualify for senior discounts. Bottom line: If you enjoy wasting your time, losing brain cells, and questioning the meaning of existence, WELLSPIRE Medical is the place for you. Otherwise, run.

Dr. Diaz prescribed me terbinafine 250 mg for a small case of toenail fungus. I was on terbinafine 250 mg for 3 weeks and one big toenail popped out. I was able to stop the bleeding and cut the lose part of the nail. A week later, the other big toenail, without any fungus, popped out but I could not stop the bleeding, so I went to the emergency room. The Doctor cut the nail and stopped the bleeding. The Doctor said that terbinafine 250 mg is mostly used in severe cases of toenail fungus, which objective is to expel the big toenails out. However, I just had a small case of toenail fungus. Now I have two big toes without nails. I also had my annual Medicare check-up. Dr. Diaz asked me a few questions and that was it, with no blood work or anything. This is not an annual check-up. My wife just had an annual check-up, and she had blood and urine tests done on everything. Dr. Diaz practices quack medicine and is impacting the great reputation of Wellspire.

Son had an appointment to establish a PCP after changing insurances . Nurse gathered info and then the head of the department came in to say they can't bill insurance Because he had a car accident and they can't treat him for that. We weren't there for treatment of a car accident cause he spent 2 weeks in hospital already. We were there to establish new patient and continue meds he was taking. She was not nice. So don't make an appointment here if you've been in a car accident!!!!

I use to see Ashley Davis for my thyroid. Every visit she said that my heartbeat didn't sound normal and recommended Ruchir Ruchir Patel. I don't her ove never had a doctor tell me that and I see a Dr many times a year for my thyroid. Every visit she said she heard something, so after the 4th or 5th time I decided to go. I asked if my insurance would cover it and was told yes if he was in the same office it would cover it. I go to him and he runs an ekg test and he said everything was fine he didn't hear anything like what Dr Ashley described. The next visit with Ashley i told her what the doctor said and all of the sudden she didn't hear it anymore after months of claiming she did. Guess what !! Of course my insurance didn't cover that and I have a $385 bill. So let this be a warning to anyone planning to trust the Wellspire in Atascocita. These will be the games you will be playing. Be careful. It could cost you.

Ms. Christina the nurse who helped Dr. Diaz was awesome. She always helped me and good medical assistance. She called me and left the message that clear, and I did have any question. I truly appreciated her. I hoped that I spell her name right. Thank you so much.
