Ricky P. Ganim, M.D.

Dr. Ganim is the reason I'm here to write this review, as he has kept me alive since 2016. He is professional, an expert in his field, thorough, and a genuinely nice person. I would encourage anyone with cardiac issues to see him. The Vital Heart & Vein office is very efficient, and the staff I've encountered are professional and courteous. An extremely well organized business that I highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Ganim for a heart Cath procedure. He is a very competent doctor and has a great bedside manner. He is down to earth and performed my procedure successfully with no complications. He took the time to explain everything. This facility it top notch too. I have left a separate 5 star review for them. Dr. Ganim's Nurse Practitioner is also great. She took a lot of time explaining things to me and was not rushed at all. Great doctor, staff and facility.

Dr Ganim, while fairly young is that old fashioned kind of doctor in how he cares for and treats his patients. I see him once a year for a check up and to get refills of my medication. He does a thorough exam and takes his time. He asks me how I'm doing otherwise with other health issues I have. He knows I travel a lot overseas so we talk for a big about that. Then I am done and he says he'll see me next year. I wholeheartedly endorse him. And as a side note the new offices are fantastic, they handle all kinds of tests here as well as being seen by their large staff. Everyone is so polite and even with this pandemic the office was spotless and everyone was wearing appropriate PPE.

Dr Ganim has been my doctor since I moved here in 2007. I felt confident when I went to the first visit and the confidence grew as he cared for me in the following years. He had to replace one stent before my husband died, and the care goes on. I am now almost 88 years old, and trust him to keep up the good care. He is an excellent doctor and a very good man.
