I had a wonderful experience at Modern Heart with Dr. Agarwal. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in. The office uses advanced technology, which made me feel confident that I was getting the best care possible. Dr. Agarwal truly takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. He carefully analyzes all the data before making any decisions and ensures every necessary exam is completed first. I never felt rushed--just genuinely cared for. His professionalism and expertise made me feel safe, heard, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Modern Heart and Dr. Agarwal to anyone looking for exceptional cardiac care!

Dr. Rajiv Agarwal has been my mom and dad's cardiologist for 9 years. And since day one he's always been caring towards their health and person. He's not only a great doctor but a great human being. My parents always look forward on going to their appointments with him. I highly recommend him for your doctor.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Agarwal, who explained my CT scans in detail and answered all my annoying questions. I was impressed with the range of his intellect and his expertise in his field. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also has a very comforting personal style that makes one feel at ease. He has surrounded himself with a very competent staff, as well. The nurse actually took a second EKG, you know, just to make sure! The PA was equally impressive and a consumate professional. For someone who has visited a number of Cardiologists in the greater Houston area, it was difficult not to notice individuals so serious in their work. I drove half an hour to meet him, and it was well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal to anyone who needs a reliable and caring doctor.

I give the Dr 10 stars because he is absolutely amazing! The staff on the other hand, I have so many issues with. There is no communication with the office staff. I tried scheduling an appointment several days for 2 weeks then had to complain to my primary care dr to get the nurse to find out what is going on. I have to call multiple times to make testing appointments just to be told they have to call me back. A week later I am calling them to check the status because I haven't received any return calls. I asked if I had a copay due at the time of my appointment since I am under Obamacare insurance. I am fully aware there is 70-30 percent due. I was told by the scheduling staff that my insurance has a 0 copay but when I showed up today there was a $165 copay due. I asked if I could make payments arrangements since I want aware of that payment due. The lady at the front desk huffed, rolled her eyes, then said we should have received text messages saying that I owed a balance. I showed her my phone app Healow and said these are the only messages I received. She pushed my phone away and said you should have received the messages. I asked to speak to an office manager, she said there isn't one available and start giggling. The nurses and Dr are absolutely amazing people. Please address these issues with your staff as they are a representation of Modern Heart and Vascular. The call center and front desk attendants need work on interpersonal communication skills.
